Could better sleep explain any reported energy boost?

This is the most reasonable mechanism on the table. If grounding modestly improves sleep quality, some people would naturally feel less foggy the next day. Even here, the studies are small, mostly self-reported, and haven’t been independently replicated at scale. A better night’s sleep helping with daytime tiredness is not a controversial idea. Whether a grounding sheet reliably delivers that better night’s sleep is the part still under-proven.
